During the covid 19 pandemic, it is hard to stay fit and healthy but not impossible. One of the biggest problems is that people are using their gadgets and devices for a very long time which can cause eye problems that might lead to getting glasses. So try spending less time on your devices and spend it on other ways. Click here to find some fun things to do when bored. Yoga is one of the best options that you can think of because you can do it at your home. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga relaxes you, helps you sleep better, and provides more energy and brighter moods. We should have a balanced diet which includes all the nutrients. Drinking enough water is very important. We should all drink an average of 8-9 glasses of water a day. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental and physical health. Dance is also another good option because it boosts your stamina and is both fun and a way of workout. You should also not drink much coffee because it contains too much caffeine may be to blame. Caffeine comes with a burst of energy, which is what most of us use it for. However, that energy also stimulates our “fight or flight” hormones. This may cause an increase in anxiety, nervousness, heart palpitations, and even panic attacks.


Here are some ways to stay healthy

  1. Start the day with a healthy breakfast.

  2. Eat together as a family as often as possible.

  3. Take time eating, and chew slowly.

  4. Eat more vegetables and fresh fruits.

  5. Eat more whole grains.

  6. Drink plenty of water.

  7. Serve a variety of foods.

  8. Try to avoid sugar and junk food
